Q3 what have you learnt from your audience feedback

I have learnt from the feedback which i recieved from many sources that aniamtion is very popular in this kind of music genre and video.

The things that i reall y focused my feed back on was did the video work. the feedback that i received was that it did while it was in animation but when we incorperated real life footage it defiantly lost its appeal, it was because of this that we decided to scrape the real life footage and concentrate on doing purely animation. I also noticed that their were certain scenes that people liked this gave me the idea to repeat theese scens. Once i had done this the feedback i received greatly improved because of the repeated and reveresed footage. this shows how i have used my feedback to successfully improve my work. It was also because of my early feedback that i came to realise that the clay models were particulary popular and people enjoyed watching them, it was because of this as well with the normal conventions of a punk rock video that i knew i had to use the clay models as the main centre piece of the film.

I also made sure that when we ask people questions and offer them questionaires i make sure that i always include a mixture of open and closed question. I do this so that i can get a large overview of what people think but i can also ask them specific things that i need to know. This was very usually because i can get an overview of what people think about it by using open questions and i use closed questions so i can know exact details about things i need to know.

I have also noticed because of my feedback that because i had created a popular music video people began to enjoy the actual song whereas before they were not so interested in it. This made me realise the amount of impact that my video has on my chosen audience because it can greatly influence how they act and what they are interested in. This is a very important factor because it shows how music can seriously impact on people culture and behaviour

Our teachers also loooked at our work they said that they loved it and it was a very good piece of work that should be a good grade. However they agreed that the real lifve footage does not work very well with the meadia and they felt that it would be better to repeat footage and add effects into the video.
